Rob Welborn started Peloton after a 22 year career with Multiplex, serving as a director for 11 years. Rob has undertaken numerous roles in construction, contracting and development over the past 29 years. Rob completed a bachelor of civil engineering degree with first class honours at UWA and a Master of Business Administration from UNSW.

Justin Sweeney has worked in commercial construction for 22 years. He has significant experience in estimating, project management and delivery of fitout projects.

David Sweeney was an executive at Multiplex for 23 years, including 10 years as a director. David possesses 30 years experience in construction contracting and property development, involving many projects across all sectors of the property industry with a particular focus on project creation and initiation.
