Development Management

The development management business is managed by David Sweeney and Rob Welborn. Both principals were formerly career executives for over 22 years at Multiplex and Directors of Multiplex Constructions and Developments.
The principals are supported by a
team of highly competent development managers. In combination, this creates
an experienced team able to manage the financial forecasting and delivery of the key development objectives of a project. Peloton’s input is particularly valuable during the acquisition and authority approvals phases.

Collectively, the principals have successfully managed the development of more than 5000 residential apartments, along with numerous commercial, retail and land subdivision projects.  

Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney

Peloton are engaged as the Development Manager to Royal Rehab managing the subdivision of an 18 ha site at Ryde / Putney and the sale of 16 ha to a residential developer. Peloton are also overseeing the design and delivery of a new state of the art rehabilitation facility on 2 ha of the site.

St Luke’s at Prince Henry

Peloton acted as development managers for the acquisition and delivery of the St Lukes hospital nursing home comprising 143 beds and 110 independent living units on
3 discrete sites at Little Bay. The project is a joint venture between St Lukes and Multiplex.

Hakoah Club Bondi

Peloton have been appointed by the Toga Group who acquired this site from the Club Members.  Peloton have been appointed to assist with the acquisition and approvals phases of this project. Toga expect to deliver a  new mixed use project incorporating retail, hotel and residential usages with a end value in excess of $100 M

Prince Henry Southern Super Lots

Peloton assisted Multiplex with  the tender and successful acquisition of the Southern Superlots, a 230 apartment site at Little Bay from Landcom.
