Development Management
The development management business is managed by David Sweeney and Rob Welborn. Both principals were formerly long term career executives at Multiplex and Directors of Multiplex Constructions and Developments. The principals are supported by a team of highly competent development managers.

In combination, this creates an experienced team able to manage the financial forecasting and delivery of the key development objectives of a project. Peloton's input is particularly valuable during the acquisition and authority approvals phases. Collectively, the principals have successfully managed the development of more than 5000 residential apartments, along with numerous commercial, retail and land subdivision projects.
