This project involves a new rehabilitation facility and residential development of up to 800 dwellings, associated open space and infrastructure on lands owned by The Royal Rehabilitation Centre, Sydney.
Peloton, as consultant development managers have overseen the procurement of a Part 3A master concept plan and the lodgement and acquisition of a subdivision PA dividing the 18 hectare site into 7 lots. Peloton also negotiated the sale of the residential components of the property and obtained development consent for the new Rehabilitation facility.
Peloton are currently acting as project managers overseeing the delivery of this new centre.
