Description
This project involved strip out and make good works over 6500 square metres of office accommodation for Challenger following the departure of tenant Goodman Fielder.
In addition to restoring the services and base building finishes, Peloton is also refurbishing the building's main entry foyer and external entry pavillion.
These works have been carried out with minimal disruption to the tenants occupying levels 5 to 8.
