Description
Refurbishment of the existing pool area and construction of a new hotel Gymnasium including infill glazing to the Façade and all services. Peloton undertook design and construction of this project along with the management of all Authority approvals. The works were completed while the hotel continued to trade at full occupancy over a 16 week period. Simultaneously, Peloton undertook the replacing and upgrading of the perimeter barriers to the hotel's adjoining multi- storey carpark. The project involved working on 3 separate fronts within the hotel.
