Description
This negotiated design and construct contract encompassed the fitout of an 1800m2 office fit out for EURO|RSCG. The project required careful staging and OHS controls as the client's staff occupied the premises throughout the project. Fitout works over 2 levels were completed in 4 stages over a 14 week period. A special feature of this fitout was the aerated lightweight concrete carpet installed to the reception area.
Other unique features included the advanced level of communications technology required by the multinational client occupying the tenancy.
