Description
This project involved the design and construction of office fit out works within a strata tenancy at heritage listed Jones Bay Wharf. Peloton's responsibilities included the procurement of development consents and management of authority and body corporate approvals. Peloton also appointed and managed the heritage architect required under the project's Conservation Management Plan. The project was delivered in 6 weeks.
