Description
Stockland appointed Peloton to the role of principal coordinating contractor to undertake the delivery of 90 new shops over two levels including a food court within Stage 2a of this sub regional shopping centre. The works included coordination of new essential services, finishes to common areas, and responsibility for site OHS and worker inductions via Peloton's management system. This project demanded close co-operation with Stockland's Centre Management and Leasing teams. All works were completed within the constraints of an existing operating centre. The daily workforce peaked at more than 500 personnel.
