Description
Peloton successfully tendered for this contract in October 2007. The works involved the fit out of a 1200m2 office floor within a heritage listed structure. The works were constructed largely as a "floating fitout" to protect the integrity of the heritage fabric of the floors, walls and ceilings in compliance with a conservation management plan. The Furnace fitout works were designed by Bates Smart and completed in an 8 week program.
