This new restaurant space was designed by award winning Sydney designer Tina Engelen with a colourful palette of glass finishes that reflects chef Christine Manfields love of spices.The restaurant is located in the courtyard of the BKH designed Republic 2 residential development. Peloton completed the project in 5 weeks.
