Peloton is a property development, development management consultancy
and interior fitout contracting business.
The Peloton group of companies was established in February 2006, drawing on the long term property development and construction contracting expertise of the two founding directors, David Sweeney and Robert Welborn who both have over 25 years industry experience.
Peloton's three core businesses are operated under separate entities comprising of activities:
- Acquisition and delivery of property development projects;
- Development management consultancy services for third party clients;
- Delivery of Interior fitout contracts related to commercial offices, hotels,
retail outlets, restaurants and public buildings.

The French word Peloton describes a group of cyclists who ride closely together to achieve victory through efficiency and team effort.The English equivalent is platoon, a coordinated troop.
