Pine Cottage is a heritage listed dwelling which was formerly the home for trainee nurses at Prince Henry Hospital. This 1300m2 coastal site was purchased from Landcom. Peloton Group obtained a development consent in accordance with the Burra Charter which contemplated the addition of a contemporary pavilion to the existing cottage. The approved project was on sold to an owner occupier.
