68 York St has very restrictive fit out regulations due to its central atrium and heritage listing. This required the majority of works to be completed out-of-office hours with restricted loading dock access.
The project was completed on a Construction Management basis with the design being completed by BatesSmart.
Peloton provided Value Management advice to Iglu in order to deliver a space that satisfied their needs at the price point they requested.
The tenancy included a reception/ break-out area, acoustically sealed board room and focus meeting room and workstations for 18 personnel.
Peloton worked closely with Iglu, BatesSmart and the building management team to complete the project ahead of schedule and within budget with no disruption to any of the other building tenants.
